How it works
WhoIsNo1.online is a public creator leaderboard. A creator’s rank is determined only by valid completed payments made for that creator in the selected category.
Choose a category and creator
Select an independent category board. You can boost an existing creator or add a creator name and public profile or website.
Choose the amount
The minimum needed for #1 is shown in checkout. The completed USD amount adds to that creator’s category score after PayPal verifies capture.
Rank is calculated
Higher eligible totals rank first. If two creators have the same total, the creator that reached the score first stays ahead. Overall adds the eligible totals from every sponsorable category.
No position reservation
Starting checkout does not reserve a rank. Another payment may complete first. No position or duration is guaranteed.
Payments are final
We do not offer voluntary or change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law or imposed through PayPal. A dispute immediately forfeits the public placement. A processor-enforced refund, chargeback, or reversal updates the private accounting record without restoring the forfeited score.
What the score means
The score is the amount of eligible verified payment credit bought through WhoIsNo1.online. It is not net worth, income, assets, liquidity, audience size, popularity, or an editorial endorsement.
