These terms govern access to WhoIsNo1.online. By using the service or making a ranking payment, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to submit the creator and payment.

What a sponsorship purchases

WhoIsNo1 provides a digital advertising and paid-placement service. A completed payment purchases the immediate application of sponsorship credit to the selected listing and category. The service is delivered when that verified credit is applied and the resulting placement is made available on the public leaderboard.

No ownership or guaranteed position

A payment does not purchase, reserve, or create ownership of rank #1 or any other position. Rankings are competitive and dynamic. Another completed payment may equal or exceed your score immediately after checkout. Sponsorship credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred between listings, categories, or platforms.

No expectation of duration or results

There is no minimum or guaranteed period at any rank. Rankings and visibility may change at any time because of other payments, ties, processor adjustments, moderation, corrections, maintenance, or service availability. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, search-engine benefit, exclusivity, exposure, or any other commercial result.

Acceptable creator profiles

You may only submit accurate public information and a safe public profile or website. We may hide, block, merge, rename, or remove entries that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, abusive, duplicated, impersonating, or unsuitable for the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms. A score changes only after a verified completed capture. Pending, failed, declined, cancelled, or unverified payments do not create placement credit.

Final and non-refundable payments

All sponsorship purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary or change-of-mind refunds, including for regret, mistaken selections, or being outbid. Being overtaken, receiving less exposure than expected, or deciding that the placement did not produce the desired result does not create a right to a refund. This policy is subject only to rights that cannot legally be excluded and to a binding decision imposed by PayPal, a card issuer, a bank, or another payment provider.

Refund requests, disputes, and reversals

Under our platform policy, submitting a refund request to us, or opening or pursuing a payment dispute, chargeback, bank reversal, or processor refund request, forfeits the associated public placement. We may immediately suspend or remove that placement without substitute credit or a replacement placement. This does not prevent us from declining or contesting the request and providing the payment provider with evidence of checkout acceptance, payment, and digital delivery. If any amount is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the financial record is adjusted. A creator with no remaining eligible paid credit leaves the leaderboard. Financial and audit records are retained even when public placement is removed.

No endorsement or wealth claim

Rank and presence on WhoIsNo1.online do not represent quality, safety, popularity, financial strength, editorial judgment, or an endorsement by us. A creator’s score is not a statement of net worth, income, assets, liquidity, audience size, or influence.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be dated on this page. The terms in effect when a payment is completed apply to that purchase, except where a later change is required by law.
